Key responsibilities of the role:- Laptop preparation for employees and resolution of various desk issues.
- Network project construction and daily maintenance.
- Cooperation with HQ IT on tests or IT implementations.
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization.
- Other IT related activities and contingent assignments.
Qualifications and requirements: - Bachelor`s degree in computer science or IT-related majors.
- Experience in 1st line IT support.
- Fluent English language skills.
- CCNA, CCNP or ITIL certifications are an advantage.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
