ABOUT THE ROLE

You will own deployments from technical discovery through production readiness and handoff, while turning lessons from customer environments into improvements that can scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead end-to-end customer deployments, from technical discovery and scoping to production readiness and handoff.
- Configure and troubleshoot Kubernetes, Helm, infrastructure, networking, identity, observability, and scaling in customer environments.
- Develop reusable deployment patterns, tools, and playbooks from recurring customer challenges.
- Work with enterprise engineering, security, compliance, and operations stakeholders to resolve deployment blockers.
- Share deployment insights with product and engineering teams to help shape the platform roadmap.
- For the team-building role, build and lead the forward deployed engineering function as it grows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical deployment.
- Experience operating production Kubernetes clusters and delivering DevOps deployments, including Helm-based automation.
- Working knowledge of agentic workflows and enterprise large language model deployment patterns.
- Ability to independently own complex deployments, from discovery through production handoff, with minimal direction.
- Clear communication with enterprise infrastructure teams and senior business stakeholders.
- For the team-building role, a track record or credible trajectory of building and leading technical teams.
- Experience with regulated-industry AI deployments, customer-owned or on-premises infrastructure, networking, observability, production incident response, or AWS, GCP, or Azure is beneficial.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City or London for in-person work. New York-based candidates must be U.S. citizens.
