TCI Maintenance is hiring an experienced Reefer / Transport Refrigeration Technician in Liberty Hill, Texas!

WHAT WE OFFER- Pay: $32.00–$37.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Location: Liberty Hill, TX
- Weekly pay with direct deposit available

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair transport refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on refrigerated trailers and refrigeration units.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system issues.
- Repair and overhaul refrigeration components as needed.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve problems.
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and applicable environmental regulations.
- Work alongside a team committed to quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 2–4 years of mechanical or refrigeration experience, with 3+ years preferred.
- Experience with transport refrigeration systems, including Thermo King or Carrier Transicold, highly desirable.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing refrigeration components.
- EPA Section 608 certification required and must remain current.
- Ability to use industry tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to document repairs.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Vocational or technical training preferred.
- ASE certifications a plus.
- CDL with air brake qualifications preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
