ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a labor and employment law practice as a partner focused on environmental workplace safety. You will advise clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, and matters involving the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help companies comply with environmental workplace safety regulations.
- Handle permitting matters and respond to EPA challenges.
- Build and serve a client practice through your portable book of business.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law, with a focus on workplace safety regulations.
- Experience handling permitting and responding to EPA challenges.
- A portable book of business of approximately $500,000 for consideration at the income partner level or approximately $1 million for consideration at the equity partner level.
- Experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
