Behind those experiences are teams of innovators, problem solvers and collaborators working to make financial services more connected, efficient and accessible. Join us and help shape what’s next in fintech.

About the role

Your key responsibilities

- Partner with the Head of Global Employment Law & Chief Ethics Officer to set and execute a multi-year ethics and employment compliance roadmap aligned with FIS’s business strategy, risk appetite, and regulatory obligations.

- Own the global employment and ethics policy lifecycle: drafting, stakeholder review, legal and compliance sign-off, localization across jurisdictions, version control, publication, and periodic refresh.  Develop and maintain approval workflows and attestation tracking mechanisms to ensure timely policy adoption across all business units and geographies.

- Design, develop, and deliver global ethics and employment law training programs (live, virtual, and e-learning) tailored to audience, jurisdiction, and risk profile.

- Monitor regulatory developments in employment law across the United States and international jurisdictions, including wage and hour, pay equity and pay transparency, anti-discrimination, leave, whistleblower protections, works council requirements, and employee data protection.

- Evaluate, deploy, and govern AI and generative AI tools within the ethics and employment law function (e.g., regulatory monitoring, policy drafting assistance, training personalization, hotline triage and trend analytics).

- Deep working knowledge of U.S. and international employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour, anti-discrimination, pay equity, leave, and whistleblower protections.

- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and managing compliance policies, training programs, and communication campaigns at an enterprise scale.
