About the mission we offer you:
• Coordinate with department heads to prepare for the arrival of a new employee.
• Forward and follow up on all requests related to the Division’s logistics (ordering IT equipment for each new hire and updating the secretariat’s calendar, etc.)
• Welcome and facilitate the onboarding of new arrivals (hired employees, contractors, and expats)
• Organize travel arrangements and process expense reports
• Manage office space (handles relocations and registers new employees on the 3rd and 4th floors in the Desklet system)
• Book meeting rooms
• Set up the Engineering Division’s new intranet for the RMA
• Upload the Division’s employees’ resumes to Flowcase (eCV)
• Organize team-building activities
