This position is ideal for an Aesthetician who is both service-oriented and sales-minded, enjoys building a loyal clientele, and takes personal ownership of their success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalized skincare services based on each client's individual needs and treatment goals.
- Perform advanced facial and skincare treatments, including Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, dermaplaning, micropeels, chemical peels, and other services within the scope of licensure and training.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's concerns, goals, and desired results.
- Develop customized treatment plans and confidently educate clients on recommended services.
- Proactively recommend and sell appropriate treatments, packages, memberships, and medical-grade skincare products.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recognizing additional services or products that can enhance a client's results.
- Educate clients on the benefits of recommended treatments and products without using high-pressure sales tactics.
- Build and maintain a strong personal clientele through exceptional service, follow-up, relationship building, and client retention.
- Take ownership of individual sales performance, treatment bookings, retail sales, rebooking, and client retention goals.
- Consistently work toward and achieve established revenue and performance goals.
- Follow up with clients regarding recommended treatments, skincare routines, and future appointments.
- Encourage clients to maintain consistent treatment schedules and long-term skincare plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, sterilization, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment room.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, injectors, laser specialists, aestheticians, and the front-office team.
- Stay educated on new treatments, products, technologies, promotions, and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training and education.
- Represent SHarper Surgery with professionalism, confidence, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Current and active Aesthetician license in the State of Indiana.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery practice, dermatology office, or high-end spa environment preferred.
- Previous sales or retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, contraindications, and professional skincare products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable with consultative selling.
- Strong ability to educate clients and make appropriate recommendations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Professional, dependable, organized, and accountable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time role, with a rotating schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.
