ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage enterprise AI team building software to help organizations enforce supplier agreements and control spend. As a founding engineer, you will shape the product and technical direction while delivering practical, customer-focused solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship full-stack product features from design through deployment.
- Develop systems that reconcile negotiated supplier terms with purchasing and invoice data at scale.
- Make product and engineering decisions that help guide the company's direction.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to AI and LLM systems that identify discrepancies and support customer savings.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 to 8 years of full-stack software engineering experience, with backend or product engineering experience.
- A track record of shipping end-to-end software products, ideally in B2B environments.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, and modern AI or LLM systems, including evaluation methods or frameworks.
- Strong data problem-solving skills and an interest in working with complex, high-volume enterprise data.
- Comfort working with enterprise customers and contributing in an early-stage, fast-moving team.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $200,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
