Staff Software Engineer

You will develop products, features, and tools across the stack for autonomy workflows. You will scope complex engineering challenges, design and lead solutions across teams, influence technical strategy, balance new features with scaling and technical debt, and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities- Develop products, features, and tools across the stack for autonomy development workflows
- Identify and scope complex engineering challenges
- Design solutions and lead implementation across teams
- Influence technical strategy across features, scaling, and technical debt
- Work with infrastructure, robotics, and graphics domain experts
Requirements- 7-10+ years of experience shipping complex software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience designing and implementing solutions to complex architectural problems
- Production experience with C++, Python, TypeScript, or Golang
- Experience mentoring software engineers
