ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small founding team building AI-powered software for private-market operations. You will lead the core product interface, shaping the design system and review workflows that help users understand and act on AI-generated outputs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the platform.
- Build product interfaces that connect users with AI agents and data sources.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.
- Conduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to refine product features.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience, with strong product judgment and UX craft.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
- A track record building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval flows.
- Practical experience designing AI, machine learning, or LLM product features and interfaces.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Exposure to private markets or financial operations is helpful.
- Comfort working closely with a small founding team and iterating based on stakeholder feedback.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual base salary: €70,000 to €110,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in Berlin, Germany.
