Automotive General Service Technician

We're seeking a motivated and dependable Automotive General Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working on vehicles, take pride in quality workmanship, and want an opportunity with uncapped earning potential, we'd love to meet you.
As an Automotive General Service Technician, you'll perform routine maintenance and light repair services while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. We provide ongoing training, advancement opportunities, and a team-oriented work environment where your performance directly impacts your earnings.

Compensation

Hourly Pay + Uncapped Earning Potential

Average Automotive Technician earnings: $56,682+ annually

What You'll Do
-
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services
-
Install, rotate, repair, and balance tires
-
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns
-
Perform basic alignment and preventive maintenance services
-
Recommend needed maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition
-
Maintain accurate service records and repair orders
-
Communicate findings clearly to management and customers
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
Qualifications
-
Must be 18 years of age or older
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Previous automotive, tire, lube, or general service experience preferred but not required
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to operate automotive tools and shop equipment safely

Excellent attention to detail and work ethic

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Valid driver's license preferred
