About Terrestrial Bio, Inc.
Terrestrial is transforming the delivery of next-generation therapies, starting with GLP-1.
Terrestrial's proprietary Tacterra™ microarray patch (MAP) and applicator platform consists of a patch resembling an adhesive bandage, which is applied with a preloaded applicator and removed after a few minutes. Once applied, each patch delivers bioactive tips into the skin, which dissolve quickly into the body, rapidly releasing their therapeutic payload. Designed for self-administration, the temperature-stable Tacterra™ platform enables precise, controlled delivery of a wide range of therapeutics without medical sharps or refrigeration.
Terrestrial has generated strong clinical and in-vivo proof of concept across multiple molecules. For more

Why this role
You will manage the operational side of our in vivo program: study timelines, animal procurement, vendor and vivarium scheduling, and staffing for study days. Hands-on in vivo skills matter here as backup, but the core of the job is keeping studies organized and on time.
What you’ll do
• Study Planning & Timelines: Build and maintain schedules across the in vivo portfolio, from animal ordering through final sample shipment, and keep them current as priorities shift.
• Animal Procurement: Order and schedule animals with commercial vendors, coordinating specifications, delivery dates, and acclimation with our vivarium partners.
• Vivarium & CRO Coordination: Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for partner vivariums and CROs on scheduling, study logistics, and timeline tracking.
• Test Article & Material Readiness: Work with our formulation, device, and analytical groups to confirm that test articles and supplies are ready, in the right quantities, before each study starts.
• Study-Day Staffing: Plan coverage for dosing and sampling timepoints and coordinate with the in vivo research team so every study day is fully staffed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep internal teams informed on study status, upcoming milestones, and risks to timelines, and raise issues while there is still time to solve them.
• Tracking & Documentation: Maintain study trackers, logistics records, and shipment documentation, and support the study team in preparing protocols and reports. Ensure timely close out of and review of standard test method documentation.
• In Vivo Support: Step in on dosing, sampling, and sample processing when a study needs additional hands. Ensure junior staff is cross-trained, providing oversight during new staff/procedure onboarding.
Who you are
• Education & Experience: BS in a life science field with 5+ years of industry in vivo experience, or equivalent experience with AALAS certification (ALAT, LAT, or LATG).
• CRO Background: Experience at a CRO, particularly in a study coordination or study management role, is strongly preferred.
• Study Management: A track record of managing timelines and logistics for multiple concurrent in vivo studies.
• Vendor & Vivarium Experience: Familiarity with commercial animal vendors, vivarium operations, and the logistics of outsourced studies.
• In Vivo Skills: Working proficiency in rodent handling, dosing, and sample collection. Large animal experience is a plus.
• Organization: Strong organizational habits and comfort managing schedules, trackers, and orders across competing priorities.
• Communication & Travel: Clear written and verbal communication with scientists, vendors, and vivarium staff, and willingness to travel between vivarium sites in the Greater Boston area.
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Onsite expectations: The majority of our roles at Terrestrial are onsite, which allows us to meet both business and team needs. Candidates applying must be willing to be onsite 4-5 days per week.
Location: Woburn, MA and our new, custom facility in Allston MA planned for Q4 of 2026.
