About the RoleAs a Regional Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of 6-9 stores, partnering closely with Store Managers to maximise performance, elevate customer experience, and build strong, engaged teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time in stores coaching, developing talent, and creating a culture that delivers outstanding results.
You'll be responsible for:- Leading, coaching, and developing Store Managers across your region
- Driving sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI performance
- Creating exceptional customer experiences through strong store standards
- Identifying and developing future leaders
- Supporting succession planning and talent development
- Managing rosters, wages, operational standards, and compliance
- Driving visual merchandising excellence and inventory management
- Minimising shrinkage and ensuring strong loss prevention practices
- Building a positive, high-performance team culture
