ABOUT THE ROLE
A labor and employment law practice is seeking an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Partner to expand its healthcare regulatory and compliance capabilities. This entrepreneurial role is suited to a partner who can independently grow a practice and collaborate across a national legal network.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Advise healthcare clients on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Build and grow a healthcare-focused practice within a labor and employment law team.
- Develop client relationships and pursue business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to support clients and identify cross-practice opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Juris Doctor degree and at least 10 years of practicing attorney experience in labor and employment law.
- Deep specialization in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.
- A portable book of business of approximately $1 million.
- Experience at an AmLaw firm or legal boutique.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Denver, Colorado.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado.
