About Chamelio:
Chamelio is building legal intelligence for modern in-house legal teams. Our platform brings AI into the day-to-day work of legal departments in a trusted, practical, and scalable way.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a legal background to join our customer-facing team in Israel.
In this role, you will be the trusted advisor to in-house legal teams at fast-growing and enterprise companies. You will combine your legal domain knowledge with proactive customer success practices to drive deep adoption, educate teams on applied AI workflows, and ensure long-term value realization.
You’ll bridge the gap between complex legal workflows and modern AI technology, translating legal needs into real product impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage ongoing relationships with established customers, helping in-house legal and legal ops teams realize lasting value from Chamelio.
- Act as a strategic advisor, deepening adoption and embedding Chamelio into customers’ daily contract and matter workflows.
- Drive customer education through hands-on training, workshops, and practical resources that build confidence in AI-assisted legal work.
- Monitor usage, engagement, and account health to proactively address risks, re-engage users, and identify opportunities to expand adoption.
- Translate customer feedback and legal domain needs into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
- Help build scalable customer outcomes practices, including engagement playbooks, health scoring frameworks, and ongoing education programs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3–7 years of client-facing experience in B2B SaaS (CSM, Implementation, Solutions Consulting) with legal/legal tech exposure, OR an in-house legal operations background with proven stakeholder management experience
- Strong familiarity with in-house legal workflows, commercial contracting, and common legal operations challenges
- Proven ability to build trust, command credibility, and lead conversations with senior legal executives (GCs, Heads of Legal Ops)
- High technical curiosity with the ability to articulate AI capabilities and software workflows clearly to non-technical users
- Native or fluent English (verbal and written), with experience collaborating with US and global clients
- High autonomy, structured execution, and comfort building processes in an evolving startup environment
NICE TO HAVE:
- Law degree (LL.B. / J.D.) or past experience practicing law.
- Experience working at an early-stage B2B SaaS company.
- Prior experience with CLM, knowledge management, or legal tech tools.
