Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30
Duration: 6 month fixed term

Holdcroft Motor Group is looking for a Showroom Host to join our successful team on Leek Road. This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of our dealership, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who visits us.
Resposiblesible for:- Creating a Positive First Impression: Welcoming all customers and visitors to the dealership in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Customer Support: Assisting customers with their enquiries and ensuring they receive the highest standard of service throughout their visit.
- Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues to support a welcoming dealership environment.
- Reception Duties: Managing incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with showroom administration and ensuring customer information is handled accurately.
We are seeking a candidate with:- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
- Professional Telephone Manner: A friendly and professional approach when handling customer calls and enquiries.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- IT Literacy: Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong Organisation Skills: The ability to manage workload effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
