We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to manage our Adult Mental Health Social Work Service in Wiltshire.

Our service supports adults with complex mental health needs. Working in partnership with health colleagues, local providers, and wider community services, we deliver integrated social care interventions that promote recovery, independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for those we support.

As Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of social workers and practitioners, providing professional supervision, operational leadership, and oversight of practice. You will ensure timely and effective responses to safeguarding concerns, risk management, and crisis situations, while maintaining high standards of practice and service delivery. You will also be responsible for resource and budget management, driving continuous improvement, and embedding strengths-based, evidence-informed approaches across the service.

We are looking for a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with significant experience in adult mental health services and a strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Care Act, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act. Proven leadership skills and the ability to build effective partnerships across organisational boundaries are essential.

If you are an inspiring leader with a passion for adult mental health and want to make a meaningful difference to the lives of adults across Wiltshire, we would love to hear from you.

This position comes with a 7.5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis
