As Wood Supply becomes more unified across countries and processes, we continue to develop our management systems, governance and shared ways of working. As Quality Director, you will lead Quality Management across Wood Supply, own the Integrated Management System and quality governance framework, and lead the Wood Supply Quality team consisting of regional quality roles.
Key responsibilities:
- Continuously improving the Integrated Management System and quality governance framework
- Harmonise ways of working, documentation, quality KPIs and controls across Wood Supply
- Own and coordinate quality-related certifications, audits and management reviews in close collaboration with Sustainability and Safety teams
- Ensure deviations, audit findings and corrective actions are systematically managed and completed
- Support process owners in embedding effective quality requirements and controls into business as well as in digital solutions
- Drive continuous improvement through performance insights and lessons learned
- Represent Wood Supply in quality networks, among selected certification bodies and external auditors
The position can be based in Sweden, Finland or the Baltics and requires regular travel within the region. You will report to the Head of Wood Supply Sustainability and Safety.

You have experience from the Wood Supply business and understand how quality management enables business performance. You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach and can build alignment across functions, countries and cultures.
You are an experienced and collaborative leader who develops people, builds capability and creates commitment. Above all, you see quality not as an add on, but to enable predictable performance and improve organization every day.
Skills we expect you to have
- Experience of Wood Supply and quality management
- Experience of management systems, governance frameworks and continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Leadership experience with a track record of developing teams
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
