Senior Full-Stack Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small engineering team at an early-stage compute marketplace, building customer-facing products for accessing GPU infrastructure. This backend-heavy, full-stack role combines technical architecture, hands-on delivery, and close collaboration with product and customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect and build backend services and frontend features for inventory, orders, requests for quotation, and invoicing.
- Plan and document features, use AI coding agents to accelerate development, and validate the quality and correctness of their output.
- Develop platform capabilities such as identity and business verification workflows, team chat integrations, live chat, and AI-powered customer support.
- Design, deploy, and maintain production systems, with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to product discussions and help resolve customer support requests when needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8 to 12 years of software engineering experience, including a backend-heavy background and shipped customer-facing web applications.
- Experience as a founder or working at an early-stage startup, with a self-directed approach and willingness to work across product and customer needs.
- Experience planning and specifying work for AI coding agents.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS, plus experience with one or more of Go, Rust, Node.js, Bun, Temporal, or Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and operating production systems end to end.
- Background in marketplaces, e-commerce, inventory, invoicing, or other traditional business operations; experience with cloud platforms or GPU technology is helpful.
- Availability for US-compatible time zones and core collaboration hours of 11 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $200,000 to $275,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Remote, with a primary location in Canada.
