Schedule: Days | 3x12s (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekends

As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their behavioral health treatment journey. How You'll Contribute
A Behavioral Health Technician who excels in this role:
- Provides direct patient care and support under the direction of the clinical treatment team.
- Assists with implementing individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
- Conducts and supports psychoeducational groups, life-skills training, and recreational activities.
- Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment through continuous patient observation and monitoring.
- Documents patient behaviors and reports significant changes to nursing staff.
- Supports patients with daily routine activities and treatment participation.
- Assists with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Certifications
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- De-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
Experience
- One (1) year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting preferred.
- Experience working with psychiatric, dual-diagnosis, chemical dependency, or geriatric patients preferred.
