PMO Lead, Integration Management Office

MUFG Pension & Market Services · Australia

Overview

The PMO Lead is a foundational leadership role within the Integration Management Office (IMO), accountable for establishing and operating the reporting, governance, financial management and delivery-control framework required to support a complex enterprise integration program.

The role will design and embed fit-for-purpose governance standards, forums, decision pathways, controls and reporting rhythms across the program. This includes establishing the core delivery toolset and ways of working across Confluence, Jira and related platforms; building sustainable, data-led executive and operational reporting; creating the integrated financial forecast and controls needed to manage total program spend; and coordinating the end-to-end governance calendar across the JIC, IGC, workstream working groups and other required forums.

Working closely with the Integration Program Director, workstream leads, Finance, Risk, Technology, Operations and corporate functions, the PMO Lead will provide a single, trusted view of program performance and ensure that scope, schedule, cost, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, actions and benefits are governed consistently. The role will build enduring PMO capability, transferring ownership and embedding disciplined practices that remain effective beyond initial mobilisation.

This is a 12months fixed term contract
