Job Summary

The Territory Manager - Bay Area, is responsible for executing retail distribution plans and driving product sales and marketing programs across an assigned California territory. Acting as the primary liaison between Kiva's brand portfolio and retail partners, this role builds strong retailer relationships, ensures full territory coverage each reporting cycle, and works cross-functionally to bring client programs to life on the shelf.

MUST reside in the Bay area!

Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel to client sites, trade shows, or industry events.

Work may be performed in varying environments, including offices, retail settings, and outdoor locations.

Regular use of a personal  vehicle required

The work environment may vary daily, requiring adaptability and self-management.

Physical Requirements

This role operates primarily in the field as well as a remote/home office environment using standard office equipment such as a computer, phone, and video conferencing tools.

Regular virtual collaboration with team members across multiple time zones may be required.
