We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Web Developer to join our Marketing and Digital team based in Northcote, VIC.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will play a critical role in the development, maintenance, optimisation and enhancement of the IntoWork Group's digital presence. Working collaboratively with marketing, design and IT stakeholders, you will deliver scalable and high-performing web solutions that support business growth, user engagement and exceptional digital experiences.

This position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of websites and web applications, driving innovation while ensuring security, accessibility, performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and optimise front-end and back-end web applications and websites.

- Build scalable, secure and future-focused digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Ensure website performance, functionality and compatibility across desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

- Design and implement user-focused UX/UI experiences that improve engagement and conversion.

- Manage and maintain databases, hosting environments and cloud infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve website and application issues in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Design and IT teams to deliver effective digital projects and campaigns.

- Implement website enhancements, upgrades and integrations.

- Ensure compliance with web accessibility, security and development best practices.

- Monitor website performance and make continuous improvements to optimise user experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a passionate and experienced web professional with a strong technical background and a problem-solving mindset.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Minimum 4 years' experience in front-end and full-stack web development.

- Strong proficiency in: HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON

- Advanced experience with: TypeScript, React, Redux, C#

- Experience developing and managing applications within AWS or similar cloud environments.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Advanced experience with PHP and MySQL.

- Knowledge of version control systems, Test-Driven Development (TDD) and SOLID principles.

- Experience creating responsive, pixel-perfect websites from Adobe Photoshop and Adobe XD designs.

- Understanding of web accessibility, usability and cross-browser compatibility standards.

- Experience working with Content Management Systems, including WordPress.
