Job Description:
- Effectuer les essais et vérifications nécessaires relatifs à la réception des marchandises, tester la compatibilité de la matière première, incluant tous les tests d'huile requis;
- Effectuer les vérifications, les audits internes ou les inspections visant le maintien des systèmes de management de la Qualité et de l'Environnement;
- Maintenir à jour les registres de contrôle de l'assurance qualité;
- Faire l'acquisition des données en utilisant le système de gestion informatique, exécuter certaines tâches administratives et techniques du département;
- Assurer le respect des méthodes ou des procédés établis, soulever les non-conformités (RNC) relatives aux problèmes de production, en faire le diagnostic et en assurer le suivi;
- Effectuer ou valider les réparations mineures apportées au produit;
- Prendre en charge et effectuer les procédés spéciaux;
- Accompagner au besoin les employés dans la maîtrise d'aspects techniques, tels qu'ISO;
- Collaborer aux essais et suivis de prototypes avec l'Ingénierie, la Qualité et la Production;
- Donner l'assistance technique aux employés;
- Effectuer la maintenance préventive des équipements de tests, incluant l'entretien et l'étalonnage des équipements de mesure, d'environnement et de SST.(empty)
