ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small go-to-market team at an early-stage consumer dating and AI company. You will own a significant part of growth, with a focus on creating effective short-form content and testing new ways to reach and engage users.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop, script, shoot, edit, and color grade short-form video for social platforms.
- Build the brand's social presence with polished, engaging content.
- Analyze content and engagement data to identify promising formats, channels, and growth opportunities.
- Design and execute growth experiments across social, events, pop-ups, and digital channels.
- Help shape early go-to-market strategy and build repeatable growth playbooks.
- Work with product and engineering teammates to turn user feedback into content and growth ideas.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to four years of growth experience at a consumer startup or app, with ownership of strategy and execution across multiple channels.
- Professional short-form video skills, including scripting, shooting, editing, and color grading, with work created for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience using content and engagement data, product analytics, and data analysis tools to evaluate growth hypotheses.
- Experience designing experiments, using A/B testing or other statistical methods, and connecting initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Background in an early-stage startup or another high-performance environment, with experience leading cross-functional work and improving acquisition, conversion, or onboarding.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $100,000 to $130,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California.
