Content Marketing Executive
InvestEngine · London, United Kingdom · hybrid
About InvestEngineWe’re a UK investment platform built for long-term, calm and sensible investing.
We think too many investment platforms either overwhelm people with risky investments, encourage them to trade, or charge complicated and high fees.
We don’t do any of those things. We’re all about good practice investing – keeping fees low or zero, offering a curated range of ETFs, and making it easy to invest regularly over the long run.
With over £3.5 billion invested, 150,000 customers, an award-winning service and a passionate team, we’re just getting started.
About the roleWe’re looking for a Content Marketing Executive/Marketing Campaign Manager/Growth Marketing Executive to turn our products, features and customer benefits into clear, compelling content – and get that content made, approved and live.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who takes pride in turning ideas into well-executed content & campaigns: writing copy, building pages, adapting assets, coordinating contributors, publishing content and checking the details. You’ll help people understand what InvestEngine offers, how it works and why it could be relevant to them, supporting acquisition, activation and ongoing engagement.
You’ll get to know our products in depth – from ISAs and pensions to business accounts and managed investing – and stay close to what’s coming next. You’ll use that knowledge to explain the benefits clearly, answer customer questions and help people take the next step with confidence. You’ll work closely with product colleagues to understand new features and changes, then help translate agreed positioning into practical content across the customer journey.
Your work could cover product landing pages or comparison tables, launch campaigns or work with influencers. You’ll tailor the angle, format and call to action to the audience and channel rather than simply copying the same message everywhere.
Working with content, CRM, acquisition, design, product and compliance colleagues, you’ll take ownership of agreed deliverables from brief through approval, publication and reporting. You’ll bring ideas and flag opportunities, with support from senior colleagues on strategy, positioning and prioritisation.
What you’ll be doing- Creating clear, customer-focused product and growth content and campaigns across web, influencers, email, social, paid advertising, video and in-app channels.
- Supporting senior colleagues in shaping product messaging frameworks and turning agreed messaging into useful, reusable copy.
- Supporting product and feature launches with coordinated, channel-ready content tailored to different audiences and customer journeys.
- Writing, updating and publishing product pages and landing pages in the CMS.
- Keeping priority evergreen content useful and current, using SEO and GEO to build visibility and authority for our products across search engines and AI-powered answers.
- Briefing designers, video producers and other contributors, with clear requirements, deadlines and feedback.
- Managing content from brief to publication, coordinating reviews and approvals, keeping stakeholders informed and checking live assets.
- Working with product, investment specialists and compliance to keep content accurate, current and appropriately approved.
- Reviewing results with channel owners and using the findings to improve messaging, formats and calls to action.
What we’re looking for- Relevant experience producing and delivering marketing content, with examples of work you personally took from brief to publication.
- Strong writing and editing skills: you make a product easy to understand and give the audience a clear next step.
- A practical interest in products and customer journeys – you ask how something works, who it is for and what might stop someone using it.
- The ability to translate features into benefits without exaggerating, losing important detail or making unsupported claims.
- Experience adapting content across different channels and formats, with a good feel for brand messaging and tone of voice.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail: you manage deadlines, feedback and approvals, and check the finished work.
- A proactive, collaborative approach – you move agreed work forward, flag blockers early and respond constructively to feedback.
- A passion for understanding content measurement and the confidence to use results to improve your work.
- Curiosity about investing and a willingness to learn our products, financial promotions requirements and approval processes.
Nice to have- Experience in fintech, financial services or another regulated environment.
- Experience supporting product launches or producing product-led content.
- Practical experience with a CMS, email tools, social scheduling platforms or analytics.
- Experience working with designers, video producers, CRM or performance marketing teams.
- Familiarity with SEO, GEO, conversion-focused copy or customer onboarding content.
