Prioritize engaging with customers. When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.

LiquidStack is seeking a high-energy, proactive Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with a true hunter mentality to join our team at our Carrollton, Texas headquarters. This is not a typical inside sales role focused on order processing — we are looking for someone who thrives on finding and creating opportunities, driving pipeline growth, and actively engaging prospects.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a “killer instinct”, able to independently research, identify, and qualify new prospects. This role requires someone who doesn’t wait for leads to come in, but instead takes initiative, constantly moving deals forward and ensuring follow-ups happen quickly and persistently.

You’ll work closely with our Global Commercial Director and Regional Commercial Managers, helping LiquidStack expand its footprint in the fast-growing market for sustainable liquid cooling solutions for data centers, AI workloads, and high-performance computing.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a global leader in sustainable cooling technology, play a role in transforming the data center industry, and position yourself for career growth within a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth

- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through research, cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting activities.

- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the commercial team.

- Maintain a consistent, robust pipeline of potential customers and partners.

Engagement & Follow-Up

- Act quickly and persistently to engage prospects and move them through the sales process.

- Demonstrate a dealership mentality – never wait for customers to call; be proactive in creating touchpoints.

- Overcome internal and external hurdles to keep deals moving forward.

Customer Needs & Solution Alignment

- Understand prospects’ pain points, technical needs, and decision-making criteria.

- Ask insightful questions to uncover opportunities and position LiquidStack solutions effectively.

- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure customer success.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Partner with marketing on account-based campaigns and targeted outreach initiatives.

- Provide real-time market feedback to refine messaging, processes, and customer experience.

- Accurately track activity and progress in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field required. - Engineering degree is preferred, given the technical nature of our solutions.

- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate a strong interest in sales and the ability to proactively generate leads.

- At least 2 years of inside sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of driving outbound pipeline growth and generating new business opportunities (preferred but not required for recent graduates).

- Demonstrated hunter mindset with measurable success in outbound prospecting.

- Strong research skills and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.

- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

- Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating with minimal direction.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

- Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and available to work onsite at the Carrollton headquarters.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically up to 5%.
