Project Manager | Project Engineer - Civil Site Development

What you'll do:
- • Manage civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients from concept through construction
- • Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
- • Lead project teams to deliver design solutions that meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives
- • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
- • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
- • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution
- • Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
- • Support proposal preparation and contribute to project planning efforts
- • Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members
What you bringg:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- • 7+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
- • Experience managing civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and/or industrial clients
- • Strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
- • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus
- • Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding project teams
- • Understanding of business metrics for project success
- • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
- • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

- On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
