About the role
You'll manage our AI-powered customer support, making sure customers get fast, accurate help and that what we learn from them feeds back into the product. You'll run our Jira board and set priorities for our remote development team, turning customer and business needs into clear, well-scoped work. You'll also own the customer-facing side of the platform, from how clients use it to how we communicate changes and improvements. This role offers a path to grow into the General Manager role over the next 12 to 24 months, with the first stretch focused on getting deep into our stack, our customers and the events industry.
Key responsibilities
- Manage AI-powered customer support to ensure customers get fast, accurate help
- Feed customer insights back into the product
- Run the Jira board and set priorities for the remote development team
- Turn customer and business needs into clear, well-scoped work
- Own the customer-facing side of the platform
- Manage how clients use the platform
- Communicate changes and improvements to customers
About you
- Solid product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Respect business context and understand that good software exists to make a real business run better
- Comfortable working remotely across time zones
- Can talk to both developers and customers with equal confidence
- Want a path to broader commercial leadership
