Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee agricultural operations in Al Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming practices, crop management, and team leadership, with the ability to improve productivity while maintaining sustainable farming practices.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to agricultural best practices.
- Develop and implement crop management plans covering planting schedules, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
- Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and weather patterns to optimize yields.
- Manage, train, and supervise farm staff, promoting safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of production, labor, and expenses, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source quality seeds, fertilizers, and farming equipment.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement innovative farming techniques.
Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of agronomy, soil science, and farm machinery.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
