About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect - NetApp to join our team in Poland.
This is a technical and customer-facing role combining solution architecture with pre-sales activities. You will work closely with partners and customers, understand their current and future business needs, and translate those requirements into the right storage and infrastructure solutions.
The main focus will be NetApp storage, together with related technologies such as networking and data centre environments.
What You’ll Do
- Work with partners and customers to understand their technical and business requirements and design suitable storage solutions
- Support pre-sales activities and help develop technical solutions and proposals for customer opportunities
- Design solutions with future customer needs and possible upgrades and expansion in mind
- Work across storage and related infrastructure technologies, including networking and data centre environments
- Build strong relationships with partners, customers, NetApp and internal TD SYNNEX teams
- Maintain and develop your technical knowledge and relevant industry expertise
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Consultant or similar technical customer-facing professional
- Strong knowledge of storage technologies, ideally NetApp; relevant experience with Dell, Lenovo, Cisco or HP can also be considered
- Knowledge of related infrastructure areas such as networking and data centres; Data & AI exposure can also be relevant
- Ability to listen to customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
- Positive, proactive approach with the ability to learn and work independently
- Fluent Polish and English
