Project Manager – Data & Technology Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of data and technology projects within a complex enterprise environment. This role will oversee projects and technical work packages from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.

Working within established Agile, PRINCE2 and MSP governance frameworks, you will coordinate project activities and resources, manage risks and issues, maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure appropriate governance, assurance and reporting practices are in place.

Key responsibilities include:

- Planning and coordinating project activities, resources and budgets to achieve delivery outcomes.

- Developing and maintaining project schedules, plans and required documentation.

- Managing project governance, assurance, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.

- Engaging with senior stakeholders, business areas, project boards, technical teams and suppliers.

- Developing communication, organisational change management and benefits realisation plans where required.

- Providing direction and support to project teams and managing resource allocations.

- Monitoring project progress and providing timely, accurate reporting to stakeholders.

- Ensuring project administration and delivery activities comply with organisational policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and have demonstrated experience delivering enterprise data platform, data management, data integration or data analytics projects.

Experience delivering multiple application or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) projects in a complex Agile environment is highly regarded, along with an awareness of data and warehousing platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or Databricks.

Experience across both public and private sector environments is also desirable.

You will bring strong stakeholder engagement, planning, financial management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex project environments and drive successful delivery from start to finish.
