ABOUT THE ROLE
A growing healthtech company is hiring its first dedicated Product Lead to own the product domain and connect customer insights to product decisions. Working closely with company leadership, nursing experts, engineering, and design, you will shape the roadmap for operational software used by hospital leaders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set and maintain a transparent product roadmap, prioritizing customer requests and support issues for engineering.
- Learn hospital workflows and user needs, then translate insights from health system leaders into clear product requirements.
- Write product requirements documents and partner with engineering and design to deliver useful features efficiently.
- Connect roadmap decisions to revenue, market opportunity, retention, and buyer value.
- Define product metrics and tooling, and develop an analytics strategy that informs decisions.
- Use SQL and product analytics to understand performance and evaluate product outcomes.
- Build and test prototypes with AI-assisted tools where useful.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Five to ten years of product management experience in healthtech, including shipping products in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Experience as a founding or sole product manager with broad, hands-on ownership of a product surface area.
- Background building operational workflow products sold to health system buyers, such as nursing, technology, or operations leaders.
- Commercial judgment and a track record of framing product work around business results.
- Technical fluency with data models, backend tradeoffs, and platform architecture.
- Experience building prototypes with tools such as Cursor, v0, or Replit, and using SQL and product analytics instrumentation.
- Ability to work in person in New York City Tuesday through Thursday.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder. Visa sponsorship is not available.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $200,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Hybrid role based in New York, New York, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday.
