Senior Manager, Merchandising Operations — NikeSKIMS

The Senior Manager of Merchandising Operations will lead the operational strategy and execution that enable NikeSKIMS to scale across categories, channels, and geographies. This role will connect merchandising priorities with supply chain execution, drive end-to-end launch readiness, and build the processes and cross-functional accountability needed to bring product to market accurately and on time.

Partnering closely with Merchandising, Planning, Tech, Site Merchandising, and external operations and logistics teams, this role will resolve issues, establish clear accountability, and build scalable processes that support the growth of NikeSKIMS. The ideal candidate brings strong systems knowledge, attention to detail, supply chain and logistics acumen, and the ability to turn complex workflows into clear, repeatable ways of working.

Purchase Order Management & Tracking

· Oversee initial PO creation, cost and royalty entry, and launch calendar management within Merchandising Operations.

· Own mid-season PO updates in NetSuite, ensuring changes are accurately reflected and communicated to relevant partners.

· Manage PO tracking across Nike NA, Nike EMEA, JR286, and distribution partners across geographies, updating NDC dates weekly and flagging delivery risks.

· Drive resolution of order discrepancies and delays, establishing clear owners, next steps, and timelines.

SPS / EDI Execution

· Own PO submission through SPS and confirm successful transmission and functional acknowledgment.

· Partner with internal Logistics, Nike NA, Nike EMEA, JR286, and distribution partners across geographies to keep orders and deliveries aligned with launch timelines.

· Troubleshoot failed or rejected transmissions with SKIMS Tech and external partners.

· Establish validation checkpoints to catch order and data errors before transmission.

Order Reconciliation

· Lead end-to-end PO reconciliation, validating order information at each stage from Planning handoff through partner confirmation and delivery.

· Serve as the primary operational liaison between SKIMS Planning, internal Logistics, and external operations and logistics teams.

· Identify and resolve discrepancies in units, sizing, costs, dates, and ship-to information before they impact delivery or launch readiness.

Launch Readiness

· Drive operational launch readiness across channels and geographies, partnering with Merchandising, Planning, Site Merchandising, and Logistics to ensure product setup, pricing, and inventory availability align with launch timelines.

· Maintain a consolidated view of PO status, delivery readiness, and outstanding launch requirements.

· Flag risks early, communicate the impact on launches, and coordinate resolution across internal teams and external partners.

Product Data & International Pricing

· Own the collection and validation of required customs and product information from Nike, JR286, and relevant partners, including care, content, country of origin, manufacturer, and manufacturer address.

· Coordinate timely, accurate product data entry and setup in NetSuite.

· Partner with Tech to manage product data cleanup and maintain accurate, consistent information across systems, including UPC codes, style numbers, color codes, and sizing.

· Gather international MSRP information from Nike and develop pricing templates for SKIMS Tech and multi-brand partners.

· Coordinate pricing uploads with Tech and validate accuracy and completeness ahead of launch.

Process Development & Systems Coordination

· Build and maintain SOPs for product data collection, PO management, EDI submissions, reconciliation, and pricing.

· Establish clear responsibilities, handoffs, deadlines, and escalation paths across internal and external teams.

· Identify recurring issues and partner with Tech and business teams to reduce manual work and prevent repeat errors.

· Serve as the merchandising operations liaison for systems improvements and new distribution partner onboarding led by Tech and Finance, coordinating merchandising and supply chain requirements, inputs, and validation.

· Define and track operational performance measures, including order accuracy, transmission success, and timely issue resolution.

· Lead cross-functional operational reviews and drive accountability for outstanding actions.

· 7+ years of experience in merchandising operations, order management, supply chain, or a related function, ideally within apparel, retail, or consumer products.

· NetSuite experience required, with strong working knowledge of purchase order management and product data maintenance.

· Looker experience preferred.

· Experience with SPS Commerce or similar EDI platforms, including transmission troubleshooting and acknowledgment tracking.

· Demonstrated experience managing complex workflows across international partners, regions, and distribution channels.

· Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes and their impact on product availability and launch timing.

· Experience working with complex style, color, and size assortments and maintaining accurate product data across systems.

· Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies across large datasets.

· Proven ability to build processes, document SOPs, and drive cross-functional improvements.

· Clear communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence partners and drive resolution.

· Ability to balance hands-on execution with longer-term process development in a fast-paced, growing business.
