Junior Flight Test & Demonstration Pilot

Join our Flight Test & Demonstration team as a Junior Flight Test & Demonstration Pilot. You will fly test sorties, help showcase TEKEVER platforms to customers and partners, and learn to keep our aircraft mission-ready as both Remote Pilot and Line Maintenance Technician.
No previous flight test experience is required. You will be trained and supported by our experienced team, so what matters most is motivation, discipline and a genuine desire to learn.
What will be your responsibilities?
- With guidance from senior pilots, help plan, brief, fly and debrief test and demonstration missions;
- Support and, as you progress, deliver demonstration flights for customers and partners;
- Learn to perform line maintenance on TEKEVER platforms under qualified supervision;
- Follow safety procedures and keep accurate records of flights and results;
- Share practical feedback with engineering and product teams, and grow through structured training and mentoring from senior pilots.
Profile and requirements
- Location: Portugal;
- Language: Advanced English (C2). Portuguese, Spanish or French is a plus;
- Some experience flying UAS or other aircraft, with discipline and a safety-first approach;
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn hands-on line maintenance;
- Strong motivation to learn, with a curious, humble attitude and openness to feedback;
- Calm under pressure, comfortable working hands-on, and willing to travel when required.
Nice to have
- A1/A3 and A2 certificates (CAA/EASA) or a pilot licence;
- Interest in or knowledge of meteorology, airspace, Maths and Physics.
