Oracle Developer

We are looking for an Oracle Database Administrator with a DevOps mindset to ensure database stability, performance, security, and automation, with strong experience in Oracle environments.
What you would do:
- Maintain production and non-production databases, ensuring availability and performance.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, requests, and database issues.
- Manage change requests and perform preventive maintenance.
- Optimize database engines and SQL code.
- Develop scripts and automated solutions to improve database operations.
- Support developers, application administrators, and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in the design and implementation of database solutions, including high availability and scalability.
- Maintain technical and operational documentation.
- Participate in business continuity and availability exercises.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
- Strong experience with Oracle 19c.
- Experience with Oracle RAC and Single Instance.
- Knowledge of RMAN and Oracle Data Guard.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with automation and scripting.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- English B2 and proficiency in Portuguese.
- Knowledge of MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB is a plus.
