Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten- Unterstützung der Commodity Manager bei CFTs (Call for Tenders), inklusive Sourcing, Ausschreibungen, Lieferantenauswahl und Vertragsverhandlungen.
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen für bestimmte Produktkategorien.
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien.
- Überwachung der Lieferantenperformance (KPIs).
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, z. B. bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen.
Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen- Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, System Engineering oder vergleichbar.
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Einkauf oder Projektmanagement sind wünschenswert.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint und / oder Google Workspace.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative.

Definition working studentWorking students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.
This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.
Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities- Supporting Commodity Managers with CFTs (Call for Tenders), including sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
- Conducting market analyses for specific product categories.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
- Monitoring supplier performance (KPIs).
- Supporting day-to-day operations, such as creating presentations, reports, and decision papers.
Desired skills and qualifications- Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Initial practical experience in procurement or project management is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and/or Google Workspace.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working.
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and high self-motivation.
