About the role

As our Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead, you’ll provide hands-on technical leadership across complex applications, integrations and cloud initiatives. Working with architects and delivery teams, you’ll set technical direction, make key design decisions and drive engineering quality across multiple projects.

As our Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead, you'll also:

- Define technical architecture, solution approaches and roadmaps

- Lead technical design, governance and complex Azure delivery

- Set engineering standards and oversee solution quality and security

- Mentor developers and lead resolution of complex technical issues

Skills and experience

- 10+ years’ software development and technical leadership

- Expert ASP.NET Web Forms, .NET Core, C# and Azure skills

- Enterprise-scale cloud and integration solution delivery

- Azure API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps and Functions

- Solution architecture and technical roadmap experience

- Enterprise integration, microservices and API-led integration

- Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD and automation experience

- Advanced SQL Server development and performance optimisation
