ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage healthcare technology team building AI-powered products for home health agencies. You will modernize legacy, workflow-heavy operations through a new medical record platform, helping teams reduce administrative work and support timely patient care.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Talk with and shadow home health agency users across intake, scheduling, billing, and documentation to identify their most important needs.
- Build and test rapid prototypes, including with AI tools, and use demos and feedback to iterate.
- Work closely with engineering, translating customer insights into product direction and reviewing work throughout development.
- Turn individual customer requests into scalable features, balancing new products with improvements to the core platform.
- Own outcomes such as adoption, usage, user satisfaction, and time saved, and share learnings regularly with company leadership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of product management experience, including experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
- A hands-on engineering or coding background, ideally including 3 or more years as a full-stack software engineer.
- Strong product judgment and experience in B2B SaaS, especially with workflow-heavy products or legacy platform modernization.
- Healthcare technology or another regulated industry experience is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or strong computer science fundamentals.
- A customer-focused, low-ego, resourceful approach, with a record of hands-on work and improving user experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $160,000 to $240,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Hybrid, with three days per week in San Francisco, California.
