We are expanding our expert network and seeking professionals who can manage compensation, benefits, total rewards, and related human resources projects.

About the OpportunityThis opportunity is suited to program managers, project managers, compensation managers, HR professionals, and consultants with experience coordinating workforce or compensation initiatives.

We welcome candidates from government, corporate, healthcare, education, nonprofit, and consulting environments. Public-sector experience is preferred but not required.

Potential ResponsibilitiesDepending on the engagement, you may:

- Manage compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking, and job classification projects.

- Develop project plans, coordinate contributors, and track milestones and deliverables.

- Organize data collection, salary surveys, stakeholder interviews, and document reviews.

- Coordinate compensation analysts, HR specialists, and senior advisors.

- Review findings for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.

- Help develop salary structures, compensation recommendations, and implementation plans.

- Prepare client updates, reports, and presentations.

- Track project budgets, risks, and outstanding decisions.

- Support proposal development with project planning and relevant technical input.

Requirements

- Experience managing projects or programs involving compensation, total rewards, benefits, HR, or workforce planning.

- Ability to coordinate multiple contributors and maintain clear accountability.

- Familiarity with compensation practices, salary benchmarking, or job evaluation.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to translate project findings into clear recommendations and deliverables.

Applicants do not need to have held a formal program manager title. Relevant experience leading HR initiatives or consulting projects is welcome.

Preferred Experience- Projects involving U.S. government agencies or public-sector organizations.

- Compensation studies, classification reviews, or salary structure implementation.

- Client-facing consulting and stakeholder engagement.

- Relevant credentials such as PMP, CCP, SHRM, or PHR/SPHR.
