ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in corporate cash management and banking operations. You will run our day-to-day global treasury operations. Operating in a high-volume, multi-currency environment, you will be responsible for hands-on execution of daily cash positioning, payment processing, and bank portal administration across our banking and financial institution relationships.

The role demands precision and control discipline to safeguard Anduril's cash. You will play an integral part in the Treasury Management System implementation process and ultimately be responsible for its day-to-day management post go-live. This position reports to the Treasury Lead.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage and execute daily global cash positioning across our legal entities and multiple currencies, ensuring adequate funding for daily operations with recommendation of daily short term investment redemption/investment activities

- Prepare and initiate daily domestic and international wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany funding movements.

- Process multi-currency notional cash pooling and FX trade settlements.

- Act as the primary processor for corporate debt/revolver drawdowns, interest payments, and short-term yield investments.

- Perform daily bank reconciliations and coordinate cash application with Accounting.

- Support the compilation and variance analysis of the short-term cash flow forecast.

- Bank Account Administration & Controls

- Maintain Anduril's global bank account inventory, supporting account opening and closing workflows in multiple jurisdictions.

- Coordinate the gathering and submission of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and bank account signer updates.

- Manage user access across banking platforms – granting access and entitlements to new users as well as deactivating users immediately upon employee termination.

- Treasury Systems & Project Support

- Partner with cross-functional teams on the implementation of the automated Treasury Management System (TMS).

- Manage Bloomberg terminal maintenance and user administration.

- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily cash operations and banking configurations.

- Compliance & Audit Support

- Gather bank statements, signatory lists, and bank audit confirmation letters for internal and external auditors.

- Support month-end close with cash, interest, and bank fee reconciliations and related journal entries.

- Support SOX and internal-control walkthroughs and testing for treasury processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 2–5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in corporate treasury operations, cash positioning, or commercial banking.

- Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, standard formulas, pivot tables).

- Experience in navigating and initiating transactions within global banking portals.

- Direct hands-on experience with treasury management systems (FIS, GTreasury/Ripple, Kyriba, or similar); familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar) is a plus.

- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Certification: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), or active progress toward it.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Exceptional quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail; able to spot cash discrepancies and bank transmission issues quickly.

- Security & Control Focus: High integrity with a firm understanding of segregation of duties, security policies, and internal control frameworks.

- Adaptability: Ability to maintain operational accuracy under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while shifting from manual processes to automated system modules.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally.

US Salary Range$77,000—$102,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
