The Opportunity

At Netwealth, we're continuing to evolve one of Australia's leading managed investment platforms, helping advisers deliver better outcomes for their clients through innovative, scalable investment solutions.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Managed Accounts and Managed Discretionary Accounts (MDA) portfolio. This is a high impact leadership role responsible for shaping the future of a strategically important product area that sits at the intersection of investment products, platform technology, adviser experience and operational excellence.

You'll lead a team of Product Managers and work across Product, Technology, Operations, Financial Products, Distribution, Risk and Compliance to deliver outcomes that create value for advisers, investors and the business.

What you'll be doing- Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Netwealth's Managed Accounts and MDA product portfolio

- Lead the evolution of our managed accounts offering while driving the continued uplift of MDA capabilities

- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, solve complex problems and deliver customer focused outcomes

- Drive product discovery with advisers, model managers, MDA providers and internal teams to deeply understand market needs and validate solutions

- Balance customer value, commercial outcomes, operational efficiency and regulatory obligations when setting priorities

- Define and measure product success through meaningful outcomes and OKRs

- Act as the product leader and subject matter expert for Managed Accounts and MDA capabilities across Netwealth

- Mentor, develop and lead a high performing team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers

- Support go to market activities and ensure stakeholders have the tools, knowledge and readiness needed for successful product launches

About youYou'll be a senior product leader who combines strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute in complex, highly regulated environments.

You'll bring:

- Deep experience in product management within wealth management, platforms, investments or financial services

- Strong knowledge of Managed Accounts, Managed Discretionary Accounts or related investment and platform products

- A track record of defining product strategy and delivering customer led outcomes through cross functional teams

- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across competing priorities

- Experience leading, coaching and developing product teams

- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to make data informed decisions

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable outcomes
