ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered software for government. You will work across product, strategy, and operations to help the business scale and support more effective public services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with company leadership on strategic priorities and fundraising activities.
- Take ownership of initiatives that improve business operations and support growth.
- Work closely with the founding team to shape how the company develops and scales.
- Introduce AI tools and workflows across the business to help teams work efficiently.
- Contribute to technology solutions that help government agencies operate more effectively.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 4 years of experience in product, operations, strategy, consulting, or generalist roles.
- Experience at an early-stage, venture-backed technology startup, ideally from Seed through Series B.
- Strong interest in fast-moving startup environments and AI-native workflows, including familiarity with Claude Code.
- Experience outside large technology companies, and a demonstrated commitment to improving the public sector through technology.
- An undergraduate degree from a highly selective U.S. university.
- Government or public-sector experience, including agency work or consulting with a public-sector practice, is relevant.
- Must be able to work without visa sponsorship.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary range: $130,000 to $220,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site, five days per week in New York, NY.
