The Role
The RoleAs a Europe Engagement Leader, you will serve as Kyndryl's senior technical authority and trusted advisor to enterprise clients across the European market. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between business vision and complex technology infrastructure, engaging directly with C-suite executives, infrastructure heads, and operations leaders to shape data center modernization strategies and fuel next-generation IT transformation.
Working at the forefront of innovation, you will lead high-value account pursuits, support strategic business development, and craft custom positioning for AI-ready environments, high-density computing, and colocation solutions. By leveraging deep industry insight and building strong ecosystem partnerships, you will establish Kyndryl’s technical differentiation and empower our clients to achieve resilient, sustainable, and future-proof operations.
What You Will Do- Act as Kyndryl's senior technical advisor in customer meetings, workshops, executive briefings, and strategy sessions with CIOs, CTOs, and Infrastructure Leaders.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer business challenges, growth objectives, and infrastructure requirements across Europe.
- Support Business Development teams in identifying, qualifying, and advancing strategic growth opportunities, RFIs/RFPs, and executive proposals.
- Shape customer requirements and develop technical positioning that highlights Kyndryl’s unique capabilities in data center modernization and operational transformation.
- Advise customers on AI-ready facility design, GPU infrastructure, high-density power and liquid cooling strategies, and capacity planning.
- Partner with technical specialists, consulting teams, and delivery organizations to design integrated, multi-stakeholder infrastructure solutions.
- Build thought leadership content—including white papers and market insights—and represent Kyndryl at industry conferences and analyst briefings.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with ecosystem partners, including hyperscalers, colocation providers, and hardware manufacturers.

Required Skills and Experience- 15+ years of experience in data centre operations, engineering, consulting, design, facilities management, or infrastructure strategy.
- Proven track record interacting directly with enterprise customers, C-level executives, and key industry stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of data centre design, operations, mission-critical infrastructure, and enterprise modernization programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business development, pre-sales solution architecture, or high-level consulting engagements.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with an ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits and direct large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience developing data centre colocation strategies, site selection, and sustainability optimization programs.
Preferred Skills and Experience- Direct experience supporting AI infrastructure deployments, GPU acceleration, high-performance computing (HPC), or hyperscale environments.
- Hands-on background with mission-critical facility operations, capacity planning, and liquid cooling technologies.
- Industry certifications such as Uptime Institute, EPI, or equivalent data centre standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA / equivalent professional experience.
