Autonomy Integration Engineer - Drone Stack

You will lead hardware and software integration for unmanned aerial systems, moving platforms from benchtop prototypes to flight testing. You will configure embedded Linux environments, deploy containerized edge software, build middleware and test tooling, troubleshoot electronics and networks, and support field operations.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end hardware and software integration for unmanned aerial systems
- Deploy and configure Docker-based software stacks on onboard computers and peripheral hardware
- Troubleshoot vehicle networks, payload interfaces, and sensor links in field and bench environments
- Develop Python and C++ tooling for log analysis, validation, and subsystem verification
- Fabricate wiring harnesses, perform soldering, and create system architecture diagrams
- Configure IP routing, subnets, and interfaces for flight-control and ground-control systems
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in robotics integration, flight test engineering, embedded systems, or autonomous vehicles
- Practical expertise with Linux CLI tools, local IP routing, subnets, and Docker deployments
- Hands-on wiring, cable assembly, soldering, oscilloscope, and multimeter skills
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Shell scripting
- Experience with UART, CAN, Ethernet, SPI, and I2C protocols
- Ability to lead integration efforts independently
- U.S. citizenship
