What's the Short Version?
The Workplace Support Assistant provides routine operational and workplace support that helps maintain an organized, welcoming, and well-stocked office environment. This role performs recurring tasks such as replenishing merchandise and snack inventory, organizing supplies, preparing materials, and supporting general workplace operations. Working under direction, this role helps ensure common areas and shared resources are maintained to support employee and visitor experiences.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Restock and maintain inventory within the Merch Shop vending machine and other designated merchandise areas.
- Replenish snacks, beverages, and supplies in shared break areas and common spaces.
- Organize, stock, and maintain office and workplace supplies to ensure materials are readily available.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and notify designated team members when replenishment is needed.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute materials or supplies as requested.
- Support filing, scanning, light administrative tasks, and document organization.
- Maintain orderly storage areas and assist with supply organization projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
What Are We Looking For?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Administrative skills which must include excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with assigned supervisor
- Dependable and punctual with a commitment to completing assigned tasks
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
- Ability to routinely lift/carry office supplies and printed materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $20.82 - $25.00 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 5% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Office: SanMar's Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST, and the shifts for this role will be Tuesday from 1-4PM, Wednesday from 1-4PM and Thursday from 9-1PM. Periodic travel may be required. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and participating in virtual and in-person meetings. Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and standard office equipment is required. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be needed to attend meetings or collaborate in an office setting. The role requires the ability to perform close visual work on a computer for extended periods. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10–15 pounds.
