Key Responsibilities
- Research, create, and maintain technical training content, presentations, guides, videos, webinars, and workshop exercises.
- Design and validate practical workshop tasks using vehicles, diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and clients to develop accurate, engaging, and up-to-date learning materials.
- Ensure content meets quality, compliance, and client standards.
- Attend technical meetings, product launches, and Train-the-Trainer events.
- Monitor project progress, report results to stakeholders, and support KPI delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, SMEs, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, teamwork, communication, and training outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Automotive engineering or technical workshop background.
- Strong hands-on mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
- Experience creating technical content, training materials, or learning solutions.
- Excellent technical writing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, planning, and organisational abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred
- Industry-recognised automotive accreditation.
- Experience in Learning & Development or instructional design.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and webinar delivery.
