Eurostar Rent A Car is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator- Leasing to support our vehicle leasing operations, coordinate with corporate clients, and ensure smooth fleet allocation and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle leasing operations, including vehicle allocation, delivery and collection.
- Prepare and maintain leasing contracts, quotations, customer records and related documentation.
- Coordinate with corporate clients regarding vehicle requirements, lease renewals, extensions and replacements.
- Liaise with the operations, workshop, fleet and sales teams to ensure timely vehicle availability and delivery.
- Monitor lease contract expiry dates, vehicle utilisation, mileage limits and renewal schedules.
- Follow up on vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance and other documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare periodic operational reports.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and agreed service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing coordination, fleet operations or the car rental industry.
- Good understanding of vehicle leasing processes and contract administration.
- Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively with different departments.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
