Producer – Photography, Videography & Social Media Content
Job summary
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Producer with strong photography, videography, video editing, and social media content production skills. The successful candidate will manage content production from concept development and shooting to editing, publishing, and event coverage, ensuring high-quality, brand-compliant content is delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality photo and video content for advertising campaigns, brands, social media, and events.
- Manage content production schedules and coordinate with the creative team to meet deadlines.
- Produce engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage photography, lighting, audio, camera equipment, editing, and post-production.
- Maintain organised raw files, final assets, and project folders.
- Ensure all content meets client briefs, brand guidelines, and platform specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, event organisers, freelancers, and talent when required.
- Keep up with creative trends and recommend new content formats and production techniques.
- Adapt to last-minute changes and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced advertising environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in photography, videography, content production, social media, or advertising.
- Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Strong practical photography, videography, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent tools.
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, audio, colour grading, and social media formats.
- Strong organisation, communication, and time-management skills.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to support shoots, events, and occasional evening or weekend assignments.
