As a Project Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Sales department, targeting major main contractors and architects. Your primary objective is to secure door hardware/ironmongery packages and coordinate value engineering options. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success in the UAE market.
- Drive B2B project sales and secure door hardware/ironmongery packages from main contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and project consultants.
- Coordinate value engineering options to optimize project proposals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and track sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent Casa Milano and network with potential clients.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the ironmongery or hardware industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of value engineering principles and the ability to propose cost-effective solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to sales and business development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are an advantage.
